The only negative I have to say is in regards to the check in process. Customers are forced to use the kiosk and it is not user friendly. Only one employee to help, with multiple customers waiting with many different issues.

I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature ...

Typical Vegas these days. Charge charge charge. When I left the propery (a local) I paid my parking fee and got to the exit and apparently my parking was free because the gate was just open. Then today I got a charge for (???) I didn't use anything in the room there's just an extra charge.
