It was incredible. We were greeted warmly by staff, some of whom spoke fluent English, and everything was spotless. The baths were super clean and beautiful. Hotel Mt. Fuji
Room is spacious and clean. Onsen facilities are good and clean. Just need to book the Japanese dinner buffet in advance. Otherwise you have to take fine dining for dinner only.
