The location gets 3 stars and housekeeping staff. The check in is supposed to be at and after 3 pm. We arrived a little after 3 pm and were told that our room was not ready and would take about 30 more minutes. No problem, we can wait. 45 minutes goes by. No call or text from the staff. We had a wonderful stay in General. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The springs were extremely painful, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa at 3 am. It was still uncomfortable, but tolerable. Second, the pillows were also uncomfortable. ...
