No one was in office when we arrived but clear instructions on unit number and where to find key, Room was fine for a bed for two nights. Very spacious and had every thing we needed.

If you like to sleep in, then the honeymoon suite is not for you. They have a dog and small children that wake you up early by running around above you. We also had to kill 8 big bugs( i know its a outdoorsy place and i expect some bugs but not 8) before we went to sleep that night.
