The room was clean and was will taken care of. Most of the staff was friendly the water park was fun but the splash pad behind it had an issue with the tiles lifting from a adhesive failure over all we had a great time.

We paid for upgraded "privilege" status which advertised an expedited check in process and personal concierge service. The check in process was a dismal failure of over 45 minutes - with no line. Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive
