The beach is perfect for families with kids. Food is average but you can always find something to eat. Tennis courts are good. Rooms are average too.

Barceló Bávaro Beach - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Lights went out in the room for over 2 minutes while in the shower. The safe did not work, the sliding patio door lock was broken and the jaccuzi tub did not work. Following day we had no water in the room and the TV didn't work.

The staff is just amazing, makes us feel comfortable all the time, the food is just unbelievable and the restaurants are gorgeous

Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
Buildings are starting to look a little run down and dilapidated. Elevators look like they are from the 80s. Bathrooms smell like sewage on both trips I took here. Food in the buffet is ok but not great. Seems like a lot of leftovers that have been sitting around for awhile.
