However our let down was how warm the rooms are, ours was 26° when we arrived and could not cool the room down with the air con unit. Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.
