The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Location, staff service was excellent. Great views, easy access to attractions and underground. However our let down was how warm the rooms are, ours was 26° when we arrived and could not cool the room down with the air con unit. Reported to reception and they did give us a portable cooling system..again ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.

Was in town for professional women’s football (soccer). Superb, helpful and friendly staff who had solutions for every question. Clean and modern lodging, walking distance to stadium.
