La Folie Douce Hôtel Chamonix
Overall the hotel is nice but could use some improvements. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and so hard. The staff was lovely but limited for certain services. Suggest putting more support to bellman, concierge, etc vs maybe your nightly entertainment. Spa needs a complete upgrade, I would call ...

Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Monaco Les Hauts de la Principauté
The room was different than I booked. It had two single beds, not one double. Breakfast was very basic. No ketchup for the scrambled eggs.
