Rayz Eiffel
Rayz Eiffel was the best hotel I could have stayed in for my first time in Paris. Location was great. Only a 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooftop view was spectacular. Breakfast was also really good.

Nice place in a GREAT location. Very much a neighborhood feel, and there are about 10 restaurants within a very short distance. Eiffel Rive Gauche
Do not stay here. Here is why...no closet in my room #28...no paper toilet holder(I had to hold the paper in my hand)... soap dispenser in shower broke when I press down ..they shut off water to all rooms as I was on the toilet and did not warn the tenants ahead of time... No towel racks or holder. ...
