5/5 - Excellent
Loved it, the cathedral is amazing inside, people were lovely and friendly, will certainly be going back at some point.

Room was slightly underwhelming but leisure complex, bar and restaurant were amazing. Staff behind the bat and in restaurant were excellent too.

The attention to detail is amazing without feeling over the top. A very warm relaxed welcome and booking in, a cosy suite complete with Xmas tree and very helpful staff. The Cromlix have got if all just right

For the price of the rooms is shocking compared to what you get and the customer service is terrible definitely won’t be staying there again avoid this hotel

Room was cosy and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast hamper was good but missing the juices for the second day. Wasn’t sure if that gets replenished too. But everything else was great.

Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come ...

Beautiful location, staff so lovely, overall an excellent hotel
Easily accessible from Glasgow.
Stunning Town with lovely views
Did not visit Dunblane as it was a short stay.
We loved the quiet, tranquil surroundings and visited the childrens memorial garden & fountain which was not easy to locate but worth a visit. Lovely tribute to the teacher and her 15 pupils.
