"This place was really great overall — service was seamless, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Room was aesthetically pleasing and bed was comfortable. Only negatives are the shower head was loose, so had to prop it up and nearly got locked out on the balcony because the door caught the lock — was able to jiggle it free and luckily had my phone, but could have been bad."

"The property is beautiful and location excellent just reception staff needs to be trained bad manners and no hospitality. Only the concierge staff Artem was polite and very helpful the entire stay. The good things about the hotel was breakfast, spa, and bed super comfortable. Housekeeping didn’t speak English so was a nightmare to ask for anything."

"Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort."

"I stayed at the Swissotel many years ago to attend the Turkish F1 GP. I very much enjoyed my stay so had no hesitation to book this the hotel for a short break for my daughter and her friend who was also celebrating her birthday. I requested a bottle of champagne to be put in their room on arrival. Their flight was very late and they arrived at the hotel at about 3pm.
