"The staff are very nice and attentive. Amazing room created inside a historical building with nice classic vipe. The room is well kept. Very minor issue if your gadgets are different from Italian sockets. Found that even if i use the international converter, the sockets that are the 3 holes standard in Italy will not work. This means the available working sockets is less (only 2 in my room). But that does not change the overall pleasant experience. "

"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre of everything, ideal location. We were upgraded to a huge suite. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with great facilities. Staff were very helpful also. The rooftop bar was small but beautiful.the buffet breakfast was lovely, again, staff were friendly and helpful. Just be mindful that it is on a busy street in a historic building so the noise levels from outside are high, I’m a light sleeper but slept fine with earplugs. We will definitely stay...

"Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again. Thank you"
