There is a shared space at the entrance with a lounge area and a coffee machine always available. "Breakfast was not included and very expensive. The staff were nice and very helpful. But on the first couple of nights, the toilet in our original room broke from the wall and smelly water leaked to the floor and wasn’t fixed properly. But the only good thing was that they were able to move us to a better room for the last two night of our stay. Air conditioning was good."

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic location- right on Piazza della Signoria. Manager and staff were wonderful. We had breakfast included and they deliver at the time you specify- great way to start each day. The Piazza has a couple bars and depending on the crowd it can be a little noisy late at night. Will return in the future!"
