"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "

"Our hosts were the highlight of our stay, as they were so kind and made us feel so welcome. The room itself (Honeymoon suite) was beautiful, with some exposed stone, but with modern finishings. Lounging in the room was almost as good as exploring the city! Breakfast was also fabulous, prepared with care. There are a few flights of stairs to the property but the hosts are willing to help bring bags up. Location couldn't be better."

"Pulizia ottima, stanza comoda, tranquillo e in posizione strategica per la visita della città. Ottima la possibilità di avere acqua disponibile prelevabile da un erogatore in corridoio che fornisce acqua fredda (frizzante e naturale) e a temperatura ambiente. Unico punto negativo, ma non incide sulla valutazione, l'ascensore é a misura xxxs... dovevo entrare di schiena altrimenti non sarei riuscito ad uscire 😀"

"Perfect location , easy to get everywhere ! Flavio was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. Extremely helpful and such a pleasant and kind person and was always available to help . We stayed for 5 days and rented 2 rooms for our family of 5. Definitely going back !"

"Great hotel near the center. Walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the roof top bar was amazing. Good service. Rooms were a little small but not sure if that was because of my budget or whether the hotel rooms were just smaller due to the type/age of the building. All in all I would recommend and most of your time is spent outdoors anyway. "

"It’s a great location. Just a 6 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of food to eat around. We really liked the convenience of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We did decide to book because of the spa. Bear in mind, you do need to make reservations in advance for it, which is not an issue, but something nice to know. The spa is the heated pool and sauna. We didn’t use the gym. We found the bed a little bit uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were not that firm...

"The penthouse view is amazing and it’s nice having two rooms and the small kitchen amenities. The view from the patio is the reason to stay here — there is noise from the plaza at night but that’s the trade off for the excellent location. Walk from the train station was doable but a little hard with bigger bags. Red circle is the restaurant patio for the Uffizi gallery. "

"We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!"
