Our stay was incredible. Fulvio was an incredible host and exceeded our expectations. He was so accommodating with our need for an additional night and we were always met with kindness. The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again.

Trovare personale così cortese è veramente raro. Mi sono sentito accolto così davvero poche volte. La pulizia della camera era eccezionale come la comodità dei letti. I colori e gli arredi trasmettevano un tale calore da avere l'impressione di essere a casa. Ottima la dotazione di tè e caffè (con relativa macchina automatica), dispenser dei saponi pieni sia in doccia (enorme) che sul lavandino (finalmente uno ampio dove poter appoggiare tutto). Posizione eccezionale (a pochi passi da piazza S. Croce) e davvero tutto a portata di mano, dalla farmacia ai locali di ogni tipo. Per chi ne avesse necessità ci sono colonnine di ricarica elettrica Plenitude praticamente davanti l'ingresso

Fulvio is the best host ever!!! He helped us with our luggages and called our taxi going back to the train station. He also gave us a wine for free but didn’t ended up drinking it. (We don’t drink lol) He’s quick when needed and very helpful! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Room is roomy and clean! Love that we got an upgraded room for family of 3. There’s a breakfast/cafe next to the place with a great coffee and pistachio croissant- which we went for 2 days. Location is amazing! Close to everything! I recommend this place!!! Thank you so much fulvio!! We will missed you and Florence!

This was my first time in Florence, and Nove Guest House left me feeling like I made a great decision taking a chance with this place. The price is right, the place is clean, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, and our fridge kept getting refilled with free goodies! Best of all, Ian and Flavious were amazing hosts. I wish I had an option to give them 6 stars! Super welcoming, respectful, and genuine. If the place wasn’t enough for you, these two people would have done it. The place is about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so I would recommend a cab. I’ve always had to be skeptical with cabs in Italy, but Ian was fantastic and booked us a ride back to the train station from the hotel at check out. No problems! Check-out was smooth as well, and Flavious was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage for a bit after check-out before our taxi came to pick us up for the train station. Grazie, grazie mille!

Incredible stay at Nove Guest house! I strongly recommend! No negative points. Excellent room, the hotel has great facilities and a great location. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, this place exhibits what pinnacle of hospitality should be. Fulvio is a kind host who is available to help with a smile on his face. Other staff members are also kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gifted a bottle of wine and location is prime. Great room; would book this again

Room was nice. Fulvio at the reception was super charming and helpful throughout the stay. They included a gratis bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. Central to everything we needed; we could just walk right from the guest house.
