"Can't say enough good things about La Dimora. It's in an incredible location, close to everything, the staff is lovely. i It's a small, one floor boutique hotel type place. The room was spacious and beautiful, the windows were incredibly soundproof, with very little noise coming in from outside, especially lovely since it's right on a piazza that is popular for evening musical performers. "This property exceed all expectations! The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! "

"Breakfast was not included and very expensive. The staff were nice and very helpful. But on the first couple of nights, the toilet in our original room broke from the wall and smelly water leaked to the floor and wasn’t fixed properly. But the only good thing was that they were able to move us to a better room for the last two night of our stay. Air conditioning was good."

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic location- right on Piazza della Signoria. Manager and staff were wonderful. We had breakfast included and they deliver at the time you specify- great way to start each day. The Piazza has a couple bars and depending on the crowd it can be a little noisy late at night. Will return in the future!"
