"We arrived around 11pm. There was only one lady in the reception to take care of customers. There was some issues with double booking for customer ahead of us. When we arrived, they were already there and waited for check-in and fix. It took 20 minutes extra minutes to wait, just for one staff to resolve this issue. Nobody else could help with other customers online. And she asked us to put car parking sticker into the car before towing company taking the car away. It was raining, dark, so...
