Staff was completely unhelpful/ not authorized to resolve issues (they pointed at a sign with a customer care number to call, but it required international dialing which we didn't have). Hotel interior was under construction with noise, mess, ladders in way that required moving, carpets covered in utility paper, etc. - none of this was disclosed prior (and should have been). No AC! (also, not disclosed!) - our lower level/basement room...

The major drawback was that the sofa bed was without hyperbole the worst bed I’ve ever ‘slept’ on. No exaggeration, the springs were digging into my skin so badly that I bruised."
