"Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow."

Only a few maintenance improvements are needed, such as fixing the toilet, was constantly running, improving the elevador flooring, replacing the old carpets, and completing maintenance on the lectrical areas. These small changes that would greatly improve the overall experience and help make this hotel the first choice for future stays, even at a higher rate."

"The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things...
