"The bed we slept for the first day was terrible so we complained and the staff gave us other room that had better bed. Also we heard bothering noise from air duct whenever we turned on air conditioner so we had to turn off to go to sleep with the first room. We found lots of hair and dust on the floor. The staffs were great though. The location is very convenient. I guess all other hotels in downtown might be similar so I think we would stay here again next time."
