"Amazing hotel! Loved every minute. Only gripe was they sold us an upgraded at arrival for a bigger room. It was definitely bigger but a really odd shape with wasted space. We needed binoculars to see the TV LOL"

Staff could be a little more friendly than what they were, one was ready a book and act bothered when asked a simple question."

"Loved this place . Non smoking casino was great to have and the hotel is close to a run but very quiet and calm. Nicely equipped gym. Didn’t try room service but Eataly is a fantastic place for pastries and lunch . "
