"Very nice hotel. You can tell it is older, but everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if in the area. The only thing-on the website it mentioned early check in, but we arrived an hour early, but was told we had to wait until 3 to check in. But otherwise, good stay!!"

"Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast."

"I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. "Bugs, dirty, falling apart. Had to check in behind bulletproof glass. mad sketchy. If you need a few hours between flights and need a place to crash for the night. It’s cheap as hell. If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. "
