"The staff was amazing! Check-in was so smooth (a plus because we were in a rush to get to a show)--our bags were taken to our room for us as we dashed off (thank you, Brian!!!). We took advantage of the valet parking--a little spendy, but made things much easier for us. The location is SUPER convenient for walking to shows, restaurants, shopping, Central Park, everything. The bed was quite comfortable. "

"I overall really enjoyed our stay at Arlo. The location is phenomenal, the hotel staff are kind, and the lobby smells amazing which is always a nice reprieve. My only critique is that the resort fee is supposed to include a Citi Bike voucher and a $15 dining voucher, neither of which we received. The Citi bike code didn’t work and we weren’t told that the $15 only applies to one of two restaurant/bars the hotel had. Since the resort fee is steep, this was a bummer. Other than that I have nothing...
