"Very clean, convenient location for walking and touring. The air conditioning does not work very well necessitating leaving windows open to the Grassmarket area which was very loud at night. I recommend not getting a "view" room and asking for one inside the hotel, not opening out to Grassmarket so you have less noise and can sleep better. Otherwise, staff is great and hotel is very good, clean. Would stay there again. "
