"I stayed at the Sanctum off of Belsize road April 5th to April 15th for the first time and I must say I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The property was lavish and a great "home away from home". Our apartment was tended to regularly and housekeeping was very warm and friendly as well. I would like to specifically mention Otman for being so helpful! I traveled with my family and Otman was very personable and provided many recommendations for us...

"This was a great place to stay. Really close to the tube and bus stops, and also there is a car park less than 5 minutes walk (next to the tube). The customer service was great, particularly the lady who kindly printed off something for me that I urgently needed for work the next day and had forgotten. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again, for work or with friends. "

"The front desk check in was amazing and very helpful. The listing says airport transfer included but there is none to offer. The lovely gentleman and lady offered assistance on where and when to catch the bus to the airport. Better than a cab since the cabs can not drop you off due to a fire at the parking garage. Bus is the best way to get there currently. Coffee and tea available was very helpful as we walked to the bus stop at zero dark hundred. Very comfortable and cozy. Great place...
