My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve had, and I travel a lot.
I’ve visited more than seven countries this year, and this was by far the most disappointing. This place is not luxury at all ,very basic and the kitchen pots were completely unusable, extremely scratched. The apartment itself was clean, but the service was shocking.
I had two very bad experiences with staff:
-Venush (front desk): I asked for water, and she refused. Instead of responding politely, she told me to walk four minutes to Tesco and buy it myself. In every hotel I’ve stayed in, even if water isn’t normally provided, staff usually try to help or at least speak politely.
On top of that, she charged me extra for extending my stay just to leave my luggage in their storage, as we were traveling to Rome and returning the following week.
-Osman (janitor/security): the Checkout was at 11 AM, but he started calling before 11, calling and yelling for me to leave the room immediately. This was extremely unprofessional.
I explained that the dryer didn’t work properly, and I was ironing clothes to dry them, but he continued to pressure me to leave by knocking on the door, Just for 20 minutes late. It felt rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
I believe the management instructed staff to behave this way because of their strict checkout rules.
Overall all I don’t recommend this place.
