"Really clean property, really friendly and attentive and staff. Sales staff (for Krystal Rewards) were REALLY pushy, which was annoying. Perhaps it's because we went towards the end of busy season/beginning of the off season, but there were 2 of 7 nights that all property restaurants were closed, many nights only one restaurant was open. "The gym facilities were poorly maintained and some of the equipment were inoperable. I did enjoy the hospitality and comfort of the resort. A water fountain or water bottle filling station would have made the trip just that more enjoyable. Having a fancy coffee machine or barista to serve specialty coffee would have been a good change to the regular coffee served throughout the day. "
