Everything was good except wifi is way too expensive.

Nice hotel day staff and night staff were very helpful and friendly. My flight came in early morning. The staff had no issue checking me in early.

skeptical at first since i always stay in my two favorite hotels. they were fully booked because of some convention so booked this one. this will be my regular hotel from now on. you get 'five star' treatment in a 'four star' hotel. they even checked me in early and i overslept and they had no issue checking me out late without any penalty charges.

Very nice hotel! Great location within walking distance of restaurants and the Old City. We had a room for 3 adults which turned out to be more like a suite. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, although the coffee could be hotter. The food and drink in the bar was also very good. We would stay here again. Free parking too!

A great location, central in Jerusalem, close to things we are interested in--Old City, Rehavia, Israel museum, German Colony, Ben Yehuda, across from Hechal Shlomo as well as the main Masorti synagogue--can walk or taxi everywhere. Front desk staff, mostly Jerusalem Arabs, are extremely helpful. Hotel guests are mostly religious Jewish, but this is not a problem. Very comfortable, easy to use/stay.

A glorious hotel, full of beauty and character, redolent of history. There is even an excellent bookshop.

Second trip to Kuwait and I wasn't sure that my first experience at the Sheraton could be topped. The four points Sheraton is managed by the same team and it shows. The employees make this hotel special. From the person at the airport arranging your pickup, to OJ while checking in, room service, restaurant service, turn down service, airport drop off. Everyone cares, makes you feel welcome and goes out of their way to help. Airport pickup/drop off, arrival fruit, turn down service, breakfast, lots of water and Internet are all complimentary. What more does a business traveller need?? Yes, a very clean room, comfortable bed and water pressure in the shower!!

Delicious breakfast at what is a great place to stay in Kuwait. The carpet in the room could do with a little sprucing up - it's getting old - but otherwise everything else was great. The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially Ahmed who was working the lift.
