"A fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Our bedroom (superior room) was exceptionally large as was the bathroom. King size bed really comfy. "We had a wonderful experience at the Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel during a short visit to town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a couples massage during our stay and the spa in the hotel is top notch. The room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a nice separation of spaces. The nightly turndown service was unexpected and appreciated. We pretty much loved everything about this place!"

"Really lovely property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was lovely, restaurant The Elders was superb. Our bathroom while very nice was showing its age with some of the caulking and the glass shower divider was loose so let some water spill out. Just a bit more attention to detail and the cleaning would have been 5 stars. I would return. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious.
