This is a beautiful well located hotel, super comfy beds with great decor and a great breakfast. BUT and this is a big BUT it is not a proper Spa hotel which I did not pick up on until too late, it offers treatments but not the typical pool or sauna options you would expect, I was really disappointed and felt a bit ripped off as I don't feel it is good value for money without having a proper Spa, its a bit cheeky for it to be listed on Expedia under the spa category. But it is stunning, it is quirky, I loved the record player in the room, I loved the bed and the breakfast was great, the staff were lovely as well.

The room was absolutely stunning and the location was fantastic -- along a gorgeous, historic street that was close enough to the town center to be able to visit everything you could possibly want to see while still far enough away to be a quiet and mellow experience.

I enjoyed everything! Staff was nice and very helpful. Room looked just like pictures online. It was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. I highly recommend.

Excellent staff! The location is perfect to walk into town and explore. The breakfast was fantastic. Parking was a bit difficult, but this hotel is the best.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Well appointed rooms, super comfortable and really nice staff. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay and would recommend to all! We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent.

No help with our luggage. The sink did not drain in the bathroom properly. The shower leak onto the floor of the bathroom. Ran out of hot water in the tub. Air conditioner made a loud noise every minute or so all night long. Seems like they tried hard to make it boutique with some little items but missed on making the room functional.
