Three things that were negatives for us but could be fixed if staying for more than one night: 1) the bed only had a top sheet on it and which moved a lot while sleeping. Room was smaller than expected and there was quite a lot of noise from outside building work from about 7am Tables were very close together at breakfast which made carrying food and drinks to your table difficult. Staff were excellent and very attentive and friendly."

Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away.
