"One night trip planned. Short walk to Disney Springs for food and shopping. Great location. Offered free water and coffee for the room. Liked how rooms opened up to a main hallway instead of entrance from street level. Felt safe, comfortable beds. Didn’t use pool as it was raining. "

"The hotel itself was lovely. The pools, lazy river and hot tub area was especially nice and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great!! Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities.
