"This is an iconic and gorgeous property, the staff are incredible and it is right on the beach which is rare. That said- spring for an ocean view room. We didn’t see any reviews saying otherwise and we regret it. It was so. Noisy. Do not get a city view room for this reason if you wish to sleep. That and unfortunately the balcony’s were all under construction- this was super disappointing and could’ve been disclosed better prior to our stay. "

"The property is very clean also well maintained. I liked how this resort cleans your room every day and it is well cleaned. The staff was very friendly and not rude at all. The only thing I dislike was the shuttle buses when I arrived at the airport I called the number for the shuttle buses and the lady that answered me was rude! "Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area. Blue Hawaiian also have an area in reception, with very helpful staff to book any trips or trolley bus passes. The only slight downside is the boy racers on the...

"Beautiful resort and great amenities. Pools are amazing and good for kids too. Room very spacious and clean, we stayed at the Tapa Tower and was really nice. Wish The restaurants in the resorts had better food and drinks. We had to eat outside the resort but otherwise we like it. "

"Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first. "

"The staff is great. Penny printed some documents for me and really saved the day. Rooms are clean, a bit dated, but comfortable. Parking is $25/ day, fairy cheap for the area. The beach and restaurants are a close walk. "

"The hotel building is old but still nice looking, attendant and other employees are very polite and helpful, maybe they need to change or update some of the furniture inside the room like the sofa, but everything else is good, will definitely comeback again."
