"The shower did not have a grab rail or anywhere to put the soap, I also found the shower tray slippery, but when I mentioned it, a non slip mat was provided immediately. The water was cold two nights running, but as soon as I mentioned it, this was rectified"

"Very reasonable price, surprisingly big standard double room with a work desk & chair and big bed. Everything clean. Good shower. Noise level was fine, everything was silent by midnight. Bed was pretty hard but that's better than getting poked by springs I guess! Didn't stay for breakfast but it's just toast/cereal. Can't complain for the price though. 24hr staffed front desk. Would stay again if I had a need in the area."

"Would have rated 5* but queried on arrival if we had chosen breakfast option? Said its advertised as B&B, so we were expecting included breakfast.. Left wondering what this was all about. Parking on sloping 2 level site limited, not good if you have a large vehicle! Casey lovely, efficient breakfast staff, great choice of food"

"The kind host attended to my needs. She privded a lovely full breakkast.Rooms are pleasant had plenty of amenities. Yes, others have mentioned the baths are small, but how much time do you really spend in the bathroom? It is about a 1/2 mile to the waterfront. There is plenty of private parking if you have a car."
