"Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and organized. The complimentary breakfast was also appreciated. The only annoying thing was the bathroom in the dorm didn’t have any handryers or towels for some reason. "

"VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

"I had a very hard time locating the unit. I was tired tired tired. Missed the stairwell and then walked very far out of my way with my suitcase. It was dark when I checked in. A ride via golf cart- would have been amazing. Still. Great price and convenience and loved staying on campus. "

"Had an authentic jail experience without committing crimes. The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the jail tour to understand the history of the hostel. Location is super convenient as all places worth visiting are at a walkable distance. "

"Love the breakfast in the morning, easy to socialize at the bar downstairs and get some affordable food and drinks. Service was excellent and very close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing is that the bunk beds are creaky so it’s hard to be quiet when you get into bed in the evening and the noise might be an issue for some."
