"The hotel was very nice. However, there were some minor issues we had over a long Memorial Day weekend stay. First off the elevators on the property are very fast, however, they are also very loud. You hear them throughout the building constantly and it makes it difficult to sleep. The bar staff was mostly friendly, although they through away our unfinished drinks a couple times, and offered to make us new ones but always charged us for them. "Location is great. Valet parking is a little bit congested it takes a while. A lady and a man at the front desk were a bit rude they have that attitude as if they were working at the police department. We also switched rooms because the AC wasn’t cooling in our room the room we switched to was way cooler. "

"Gated and secure parking was why I chose this property. However the water was turned off for about 10 hours during the day and considering my crazy schedule, that put me without shower families for 2 days. Then there was a flood in the neighboring room and is soaked all my luggage and required a room change. The hotel only offered to comp my parking fees. "

"The hotel is in a great location on the Riverwalk! The staff was pleasant. The Zocca restaurant was Great! The room overlooked the river but was not very clean. The bedside tables and the desk were dirty and my socks were black from walking around the room. The pool was not very clean but it was a nice atmosphere with plenty of towels."

"Had an amazing day at this property. Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year.
