"Hotel location is 15 mins walk from MRT station, 20mins walk from Westlake, 7mins walk from night market. Only one reception can speak English, its a bit tough for us who cant speak mandarin at all. Its a bit hard to find a taxi in Hangzhou. Breakfast is very simple, but its still Ok for us. There was no complimentary mineral water. WE have to pay 3Yuan per bottle. But we cud buy it from shop in the corner only for 1.5Yuan each. Location is ok, nothing special, but not bad."

"트윈배드룸타입이였는데 방이 두개 별도 되어있었고, 화장실도 2개로 편했습니다. 다만 냉장고가 없었고(스캔하여 로봇서비스), 겍실 내 영어 번역이 없어서 중국어를 몰라서 좀 어려웠습니다. 추가로 조식은 괜찮았고, 알리바바 a타운과 매우 근접하며 인근에 식당 많이 있습니다."

"We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind."
