"Lovely stay with my husband and four year old grand-daughter. Bedroom large and very clean as was bathroom. We used the pool twice and found it and the changing rooms to be spotless. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Didn’t eat there as other places more to my grand-daughters tase with soft play etc. "

"It's an interesting old building. Decor in my room was dated but bathroom more modern and bed very comfortable. The main restaurant looks a bit Butlins but the food in the bar was excellent on both nights. My second night was ruined by noisy occupants of 206, starting at around 2:30 and they left at around 5:30. Not at all sure they were guests. Had to leave 1 day early and reported the above. No comment. Doubt I will return to Perth but would certainly consider staying here as the location is...

"Room was clean and comfortable, with double aspect windows. Bathroom was clean, large and well-appointed. There was a rather noisy sound of a motor running during the night, but we coped with that. "This was a last minute booking. We got our room for a very good price even by budget hotel standards. It was a no frills hotel but staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the setting was so peaceful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our dog loved exploring around the race course (not a race day) despite the weather. "
