"Loved this hotel and the gentleman behind reception was brilliant but please do something about the service in the restaurant which appears to be franchised out. The bartender pressured us to take our order for food at the bar and the female greeter was very unhappy about this and turned very rude and dismissive towards us and told us we could not sit in the restaurant. There appeared to be some sort of turf war going on between the two of them probably relating to the service charge. ...

"Employee ok but the hotel is old and smelly, our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. No fridge inside the room, bed sheet does not seem to be cleaned. Air conditioner and heater not working. Parking is $50 per night for this kind of hotel. Feel like staying at motel. "
