According to price its good. Front staff is helpful. But they are don't know English. This is problem. Overall good.

The hotel staff doesnt speak english and the beds need to be changed. The bathroom is pretty nice.

Good value. If you are not laser focused on value do yourself a favor and upgrade to a slightly nicer hotel closer to the busy areas of town like the Manhattan Jinling Business Hotel, Shanghai in Huangpu. As several tripadvisor members have mentioned: make sure your room is not on the highway side (get an even number room) - it gets loud!, no fridges in the rooms, no iron available (even outside the room), front staff doesn't speak English, not much in near proximity (1-2 blocks).

Where to start? Ok the staff just want you to check in an go away or so it seemed. There is one lift for the whole hotel and smoking is permitted throughout the hotel. It's quite grotty and the maids come to do the room very early in the am. The area is quite rundown.
