"On the night we were staying the hotel had to cope with a power cut covering quite a large area surrounding it. They dealt with it very well and served us all a perfectly acceptable menu of cold items. All the staff were positive and helpful and created a very friendly and fun atmosphere….well done to the whole team!"

"I was put in this hotel by hotels.com as there were issues with one I had booked…. Came away wishing I had stayed here in the first place! The couple who own the hotel were absolutely delightful and my spontaneous arrival at 10pm was not a problem. "Our team had a very enjoyable stay whilst working nearby. The host was a fountain of knowledge who could not have done more for us. One of the party was injured and our host went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable.
