"I liked the quaintness of the room especially the fireplace and harpoon. We had a king bed and it was so comfortable, as was the pillow, that I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was a bit small but it’s an old building and that’s part of the charm. Walking through the colorful garden to the breakfast area was a lovely way to start the day. I even got a picture of a baby bunny munching on an iris. Breakfast was yummy and I enjoyed every bite. Easy check in and out. "

"This was a brief getaway for us to a new location. The Outlook Inn was a great escape for us. It was clean, the staff was great. Serena was welcoming and cordial. She gave us the scoop on restaurants and local attractions. The rest of the staff was attentive and the breakfasts were delicious. Best of all, the Inn was within walking distance of downtown Newport."

"Classic B&B with well furnished rooms in an older house. Bathrooms are private though small. Hosts are capable and welcoming. Breakfasts are home-cooked and served at family style table. "

"We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. A perfect mix of historical charm and modern amenities. So many thoughtful details were considered throughout our stay such as fresh baked cookies at check in a lovely coffee/tea/snack area and newspapers available in the morning. Breakfast was great and parking was free and convenient. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a concert, but would definitely return...
