"I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 20 years and nearly 30 visits. It’s my first choice hotel on my day of arrival and my last day before flying home. Transport from the airport is quick and efficient. After baggage reclaim make your way to door 4 in the arrivals hall were there is a hotel representative. Transport is a quick 10 minute ride in a mini van. Check in was quick and efficient. £12 supplement for early check in which if available is excellent value as many flights...

"I booked a tiny home villa style and it was perfect. The shuttle driver, receptionist, bellman’s and the housekeeper was wonderful. Too bad there wasn’t much to do around the area. The closest mall was about half an hour walk away"

"I got two bedrooms suite so it’s has little kitchenette with microwave, sink, coffees, teas and refrigerator. I got small dining table with couch in living area. Four people stay comfortably, but one bathroom. Eco friendly and provides drinking water, and laundry options. Near BTS station and other transportation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed are hard like most hotel in Thailand. "

"Easy checkin, friendly staff, decent food on site, clean room. Close to the airport. Didn’t use the shuttle as we had our own transport. Took about 15 mins in morning traffic. Beds very hard but ok for a stay close to BKK. "

"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."
