The whole place felt welcoming upon arrival. Checked in promptly and the room was great! Super cute and spacious with a patio you could see the pool from. Plenty of water in the room, bathroom amenities included toothbrushes. We went to the rooftop bar to watch the sunset and that was lovely too! Had snacks at the 24 hour restaurant, food was tasty and service was great. Everything you need in the area for a quick one nighter. We had taken a grab to downtown Bangkok but left to get back to our hotel, a little disappointed we would not be staying for the festivities there but ended up so delighted with the rooftop bar’s countdown. They had the downtown celebration on screen and their own fireworks and a fire show! They gave us poppers and silly string to ring in the new year. Such a fun experience. We were in Bangkok as we had an early morning flight (needed to be at the airport for 5 AM) arranged pick up upon check in and they got us on the 4:30 AM and it was prompt and friendly service even for the hour in the morning, absolute professionals. I would stay here again. Great job to everyone there, made it an outstanding experience. Thank you all!

空港から近い。有料だけど安くで送迎してくれる。レストランが24時間やっている。しかも、ルームサービスしてくれる。料理の値段も安く、美味しい。朝のブュッフェは、朝5時30分からやっている。味噌汁があり、日本食が恋しかったので、うれしくなりました。 部屋も広く、スタッフも親切で丁寧でした。タイバーツは持ってませんでしたが、全てクレジット決済できたので助かりました。

Just stayed 1 short night here before my flight the next day. The staff are nice and friendly. The accommodations are very nice and simple for a short stay. They have a shuttle service for 100 baht which is convenient and well priced. Good stay!

The room was spacious and nicely designed, with a very large bed and a big bathroom, which was one of the reasons I chose this Premier Junior Suite. There was also a private refrigerator and plenty of complimentary water, which I really appreciated. However, the biggest downside was that the room had no windows. For a Premier Junior Suite at this price point, this was very disappointing. A windowless room feels more like a bunker, and it made me feel uncomfortable during the stay. Unfortunately, the bathtub could not really be used. The drain was not sealed properly and the water flow was extremely slow, making it almost impossible to fill the tub. The coffee machine was a nice idea, but the coffee tasted very unpleasant (earthy and sour), so I could not drink it. The gym was not usable for me due to the lack of air conditioning, and it was far too hot to train. I did not try the pool and sauna anymore because I was already disappointed at that point. On the positive side, the airport shuttle service worked very well, and the breakfast was excellent. The buffet offered both classic American and Thai options, and everything I tried was fresh and very tasty. The area around the hotel is not really recommendable, as there is not much nearby. For one night, or if you have a car, it can be fine – but I strongly recommend booking a room with a window. Overall, the room was large, but the lack of daylight significantly reduced the comfort of the stay.

I enjoy the service by the wonderful staff here an it is a very good property. There is one thing that has to be remedied and that is the quality of the in room safes. I have now stayed three times here and on the first occasion the safe had dead batteries. On this occasion the first room had a safe that was out of commission. Moved to another room where the safe had no batteries. It was remedied but I stay about 100 nights per year in hotels and an in room safe is a must. A hotel can have a 10 rating but if there is no safe I will pass it over.

The rooms were clean. It’s an older hotel so is showing some wear. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport which is why we booked it. The roof top bar was great. Pool area was also nice. There’s not much in the area for restaurants or shopping.

The ad was inaccurate. When I arrived they surprised me with a room on the 4th floor and no elevator. I have a heart condition and cannot carry luggage up three flights of stairs. The booking said there was no elevator, but did not disclose 4 floors of stairs. The worst part was the indifference of the rude staff and I was forced to pay more for a room on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The property was old, dirty, poorly maintained and an indifferent and rude staff. They know exactly why the 4th floor is not disclosed, because nobody would book it. Bait and switch at its worst.

I have stayed here several times. It’s close to the airport which is a big plus. My favorite part is the roof top restaurant. It has excellent food. Some of the rooms do not have elevators. But other than that it’s a great hotel to stay at.
