The Airport shuttle only operates at 5am from the hotel. They do not come to the airport and pick you up. I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, which was did not exist. I wasted time at the airport tyrying to figure this out. And paid for 2 cabs.

staff was very kind building was difficult to find the entrance. Room was very hot and took a while to cool off. The shower drained out of the shower causing mat to be soaked only way to prevent this was to turn the water on and off

The location is im a nice residential area of Thailand with close and easy access to the airport. The hotel was clean with a lovely pool, restaurants and a massage place with a close by ATM. The shuttle to the airport is helpful and the staff incredibly kind. As a single US female traveler I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. A lady that just started with the hotel and was training (I didnt get her name) was absolutely excellent. As a Hotel Hospitality executive I know great talent when I see it, and she was exceptional! As was the shuttle driver, the chefs and everyone there. khàawp-khun kha. I look forward to returning.

This hotel is primarily an airport transit hotel. It is located near the airport but somewhat out of the way. Transit from BKK to the hotel by taxi is about 30 minutes, There is no hotle transit bus as indicated in the description. The staff at the hotel are great! Courtious, helpful and very friendly. 5-stars. The rooms are a little run down, but nothing serous. Price is very good; I think about US $40 per night. There is not much near the hotel that you can walk to: restaurants and some massage parlors. It is not a hotel you would want to stay at more than a few days, nor is it convenient to downtown Bangkok; however, worth checking out if you have to hold for a flight.

The hotel is modern but the floor in the room was dirty. The toilet was not bolted down and was loose. I requested an extra pillow and they charged 100 baht for it. When I booked a shuttle they charged 100 baht extra for a small bag. Not a good feeling here. The pool was very nice.

It would be nice if there is shuttle service from airport to hotel, as well. My itinerary said the roundtrip shuttle service included but i was told the shuttle service only form the hotel to the airport Overall, the property & services are very good!

This was a good place to stay for the price and the location close to the airport. The restaurant was a place because there’s not much around. The beds were hard though and their were a lot of mosquitoes.

Rummet var rent, modernt och välskött med 2 air conditioninh apparater. Inga internationella TV kanaler dock. Vid ankomsten var vi tvungna att lämna en garanti på 1000 Baht kontant. Hotellet accepterade inte garantin med kreditkort!!! Det där med free shuttle till flygplatsen stämde inte riktigt, de hade 3 avgångar; kl 06.00, 10.00 och 15.00. Det där med shuttle till flygplatsen

Room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and always helpful throughout our stay. I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to rest before an early flight. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was with the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises a free scheduled shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport, but when I requested it, I was told the service was not available because my departure time was too early. As a result, the hotel charged us a fee for airport drop-off. This was disappointing, as the free shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Aside from the shuttle confusion, everything else was great. I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, service, and proximity to the airport, but I suggest confirming shuttle availability in advance if you have an early flight.
