"Kamar bersih, AC lancar,,staff ramah ....shuttle bus gratis ke airports... "

"I had an excellent experience. Glad that I chose it for the short transit between my flights. Airport shuttle was efficient, with a hotel rep at Gate 5 in airport. Hotel is clean, well located, reasonably priced. Area seemed very safe too. Great smiling staff. Will come back again."

"A lovely property and well worth staying. The only issue is the main restaurant- poor quality food and rude staff. I spoke to a few who also said the same. Breakfast was brilliant and great staff. To become better, you to need to change everything about the main restaurant. Had to send my food back 3 times!!"

"+ Helpfull staff + Clean room + Good variety of breakfast meal + Nice swimming pool and gym - Far from the downtown - Far from bts/skytrain station (however, the hotel provides free shuttle bus to the closest bts station)"

"A bit noisy, we could hear people talking on the hallway. Hot water didn't work properly"

"Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel."

"So nice and convenient, would definitely book again"
