Location close to BTS and a good bed are the most important things for me. And balcony is so nice. Really appreciate the smiling faces and the job the cleaning staff does. Because it is an old and very tired hotel that needs a renovation soon. But I love it and will come back to this hotel again.

The rooms are big and spacious, comfortable bed and a sofa. While it's quite a walk up the soi to the hotel, there's a shuttle services available. Only thing it needs is a chair a table for the balcony. Still a great and affordable stay.
