About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking...

"Hotels.com apparently is not on the hotel’s panel even though the website had collected my money in advance. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn’t find my booking. I had to make another payment directly to the hotel. May I know who has pocketed my initial payment?"

"Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."

"the hotel is cheating expedia also cheated customer . when i booked the hotel it include brake fast but hotel said not include . and the bath towel they provide too dirty and with bad smell .in the website the picture showing bath room have enough space but the reality is too cunjusted. and both expedia and hotel cheating customer"

"nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty."

"The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. "

"Terrible service at the front desk, seems like they don't really care about what you say or do not want to engage much. Question about the lounge on the 12th floor was ask and the front desk staff did not want to answer and ask us to go upstair to find out on our own . "

"Reasonable place to stay. Location good near Fort Rotterdam but be aware that this is a fairly seedy area. Reception friendly and efficient. Room OK but some niggles : no hot water forvtea/coffee; couldn't change aircon from freezing; sheets full of holes; only soap is dispenser in shower so have to go in shower to wash hands. Breakfast is poor. Overall OK and decent value."

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."
