Manisan restaurant dihotel menyenangkan,, dikelilingin oleh pemandangan sawah. Sayang sekali , gordyn yang untuk penutup kamar mandi,, berbau tidak sedap seperti bau lembab,, dan jg extra bed yg kami pesan kayaknya ada tungau karena anak sy setelah tidur di ranjang itu,, keesokan harinya gatal gatal"

"Hotel bergaya oriental dengan pemandangan sawah yang asri. Sangat bersih karena baru dibangun satu tahun lalu. Hening dan jauh dari keramaian, walaupun kami datang saat peak season tahun baru. Sayangnya, kolam renang kecil sehingga hanya sedikit kamar dengan pool akses. Padahal area tersebut adalah best spot hotel. Akses ke hotel melalui jalan perkampungan yang belum di aspal, kiri kanan sebagian besar pohon dan sawah. Hotel tidak tampak dari depan. Gerbang hotel diawali dengan jalanan sempit...

"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors. "

"Impressive ! Excellent service and amazing quality of the room design, amenities, resort facilities and great location. My second Andaz experience after Singapore’s at Duo and my impression is persistent. The only downside is the breakfast service model. The ala carte service was not as fast as getting buffet self service. The waiting time was a bit too long, perhaps it was because of the peak time. Would definitely visit again next time and stay a bit longer."

"A true luxurious way to experience beautiful ubud scenery.... it is trully an out of this world kind of resort. The resort caters family and couple guests. They have an outstanding thoughtful eco friendly Mandapa Camp which is a kids club. There is no electronic gadgets or even air conditioner within the club.... but they have a cow, chickens, ducks, and rabbits! For real!!! Amazing amazing resort! "Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste.
