"Our stay at Villa Bali Asri was amazing from start to finish. Our room and all of the general areas were beautifully maintained and the location was really convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially wonderful Kris and the rest of the team who came in to make our delicious breakfasts each morning and did everything possible to make our stay extra special. We loved Bali and Asri Villas and would go back in a heartbeat! "

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"While the property is spacious, areas such as bathrooms, wardrobes, toilets are not well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star as claimed. "

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...

"A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered? "

"Beautiful clean quiet villa"

"Villa was very spacious. Master bed uncomfortable ( hard), but other beds were fine. Kitchen very basic ( typical of Bali) , not very conducive to cooking. Housekeeping staff were attentive, if a little intrusive ( in and out of villa without knocking etc etc). Area good although quite far from the main areas and traffic very busy. Nearby beach ( Batu belig) was walkable and quiet, but we found it far better to walk along the beach ( to the right) to a great surfing spot with a few cafes....
